Inner conflicts can cease as we pay attention with awareness, kindness and curiosity. Exposed are habitual ways of thinking, feeling and behaving and the expression of these in our lives. When unexplored, they unconsciously influence our choices, relationships and affect our health and engagement in life. We unknowingly limit what is possible.
With awareness, we notice how we re-create these beliefs moment to moment. We may come to realise that we are not these limiting thoughts or beliefs we hold. Beliefs in the mind, tensions in the body are seen, explored and can begin to naturally unravel, the sense of ‘me-ness’ dissolves back into awareness. The nervous system, body and mind can relax into inherent health always present and yet sometimes veiled.
Transformation naturally occurs as this process opens us to new ways of seeing, relating and to the flow of new possibilities.We begin to flexibly respond to our fluctuating life circumstances with greater ease, freedom and confidence. We feel more deeply resourced. In an open state we may become aware of the underlying core of our nature, free of such conditioning; unchanging and ever-present. This freedom is never lost, but may appear to be obscured by the self-limiting belief systems.
My desire is to support you in this journey of remembering. To open potential vastly beyond what is possible if we stay limited to what our conscious mind has control over.

One to One … Your Way
Depth Process
A safe space for you to explore the many layers of what’s important to you. I offer the space and time to deeply listen with warmth and acceptance. We explore the nature of your concerns, and discover the capacity for healing. I provide a supportive, respectful, environment that welcomes all that you are and all that you bring to each session. People come to see me with many faces of suffering from addictions, anxiety, bereavement, depression, eating disorders, life transitions, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, stress, pain, phobias and sexuality. This work is also helpful for people in transition, seeking more creativity and meaning in their lives. The work facilitates a reconnection with a deeper ground in being, aliveness and freedom.One to one sessions are offered online. Sessions are conducted weekly or fortnightly with each session lasting 1 hour.
6 Week Programme
I do not believe there are ‘steps’ yet there are key components I can offer. This programme offers a shorter term, more directive process than long term depth work. Over the six weeks, as with any of the processes, the intention will be to move from limited conditioned self to consciously creating a life of ease and freedom, a life you were born to live. It will be an initiation to the many potent tools and practices woven into the long term process.
We will; develop and focus on a clear intention, mindfully explore your process, cultivate witness consciousness, establish strong, grounding resources, work with trauma resolution, develop strong boundaries, empower you to find your truth, connect to the creative process and develop a series of simple, nourishing practices that can be incorporated into your daily life.
Six week programme - The Sessions
This is an indicative flow, all these areas will be covered and will also be personalised to your individual needs.
Session one - Cultivate Awareness We create our intention together. Start to ‘wake up’ or deepen into awareness of what is creating suffering, holding you back and veiling your true expression in life.
Session four - Resolution Develop ways to be with challenges, and more difficult emotions; fear, grief, shame, anger, overwhelm with open spirit, curiosity and compassion. Work with any processing and resolution of trauma that arises within safe resourced space. Learn to break the cycle of negativity, deconstruct and misidentify from mistaken core beliefs.
Session two - Resourcing. Cultivate and connect to your deepest resources. Resources give you the ability to meet life as it arises. Strengthen your ability to move through life in ways that are fulfilling and satisfying.
Session five - Awaken Being with what is alive, rather than old ‘dramas.’ Cultivate awareness of behaviour and conditions that lead to suffering and those which lead to greater ease and fulfilment. Learn to make skilful choices that nourish and are aligned with your truth rather than those that limit, drain and deplete resources.
Session three - Head and Heart Journey from the head to a world of sensing and intuition. Work more deeply with feeling and sensations in embodied enquiry to resolve inner conflict and concerns.
Session six -Inherent Aliveness Integrate the process and new ways of being into your life. Experience a return to ease and spaciousness, less bound by the limited conditioned self. Experience a gentle, natural realignment with the felt experience of your true nature, your place in the world and reclaim freedom of being.
We will set up a schedule to suit your lifestyle. We will have six face to face sessions of 1 hour.
You will also receive email support throughout the six weeks and a resource per session that will be yours to keep.
If wholeness is already present, not some distant goal, healing manifests once there is awareness of that which is already healed. A paradox when seen from this perspective.’
